Weather and Operational Restrictions
Drone operations are subject to weather conditions and may be postponed or cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe for flight, such as in the case of high winds, rain, or restricted visibility. DVS – Drone Visuals reserves the right to reschedule services to a mutually agreed-upon date without additional charges to the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
DVS – Drone Visuals understands that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that we can manage our scheduling and services efficiently. The following policy outlines our guidelines for cancelling or rescheduling a booked aerial photography service:
1. Notification
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule their booked session must notify DVS – Drone Visuals by email at dronevisuals.dvs@gmail.com or phone at 07549347154.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the scheduled service: Clients can cancel their booking more than 14 days before the scheduled service date without incurring any charges. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
7 days to 14 days before the scheduled service: Clients cancelling within this timeframe will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. The remainder of any deposit paid beyond this cancellation fee will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled service: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service. In certain cases, at the discretion of DVS – Drone Visuals, a portion of the deposit may be applied towards a future booking.
3. Rescheduling Policy
More than 14 days before the scheduled service: Clients may reschedule their booking more than 14 days before the scheduled service date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled service: Rescheduling within 7 days of the scheduled service date is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total service cost.
4. Weather or Unforeseen Events
DVS – Drone Visuals reserves the right to reschedule a session due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events that would prevent the safe operation of the drone or compromise the quality of the work. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
5. Failure to Perform Services
In the unlikely event that DVS – Drone Visuals is unable to perform the services on the scheduled date due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, or emergency situations, we will notify the client at the earliest opportunity and offer to reschedule or refund any payments made.

Service Terms & Conditions

4. Payment and Renewal
Payment terms are specified in the Service Agreement. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will bill subscription fees and any taxes using the payment method on record.
5. Intellectual Property
Rights to the final photographs and videos produced transfer to the client upon full payment, except as noted for promotional use by DVS – Drone Visuals. All other intellectual property rights remain with DVS – Drone Visuals.
6. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate your access to the Site and services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
8. Indemnification
